Özet

Başkan Nixon, Amerikan tarihinde istifaya zorlanmış ilk ve -şimdilik- tek başkandır. Her şey, Washington Post gazetesi muhabiri iki gözüpek gazetecinin, Carl Bernstein ve Bob Woodward'ın, bir dedektif kalitesinde yaptıkları takip sonucu tarihe Watergate Skandalı olarak geçecek vaka ortaya çıkar: 17 Haziran 1972 günü, Nixon'ın mensubu olduğu Cumhuriyetçi Parti'den bir kaç kişi, seçimi kazanması muhtemel olan Demokratların merkezine sızıp dinleme cihazı yerleştirmiştir. İki gazetecinin yakın takibi, olayın sorumlusunun, Cumhuriyetçi Parti'nin en tepesinde bulunduğunu gözler önüne serer. 4 Oscar'lı filmin merkezindeki gazetecileri Dustin Hoffman ve Robert Redford canlandırıyor.Alan J.
